How to request deletion of a Vaulto account and related data.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Vaulto account, send an email to support@paprikadad.com from the email address associated with your account whenever possible.

Account deletion can also be initiated directly in the app: Settings -> Account actions -> Delete account.

Please include enough information for us to identify the account, such as your account email and any relevant details that help us verify the request safely.

What Gets Deleted

After verification, we will delete the account and related Vaulto data, including collection records, item details, alert and plan data, and other information connected to the account where deletion is technically and legally possible.

Some information may be retained if required by law, necessary for accounting, security, dispute resolution, or the protection of legal rights.

Processing Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within up to 30 days. If a request is complex or cannot be completed within that period, we will let you know when reasonably possible.

Once deletion is completed, access to the account and related data may no longer be recoverable.
