Terms of Service

The basic terms for using Vaulto as an organizational and informational tool for collectors.

Last updated: 3 June 2026

Service Description

Vaulto is an organizational and informational tool for collectors. It helps users keep track of collections, items, auction alerts, fair plans, and approximate collection value in a clearer and more structured way.

Vaulto is not a marketplace, broker, valuation authority, financial service, or investment platform.

Approximate Values

Any value overview, estimate, or similar information shown in Vaulto is approximate and for informational purposes only. It may be incomplete, outdated, or different from actual market conditions.

Vaulto does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Users should not rely on Vaulto as the sole basis for buying, selling, insuring, or valuing collectible items.

Accounts and User Content

You may create or access a Vaulto account using email and password, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in where these options are available. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and access to your email or third-party sign-in provider secure.

For email and password accounts, you may need to verify your email address or use password reset emails to access or recover your account. Vaulto does not store your password in readable form.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information you add to Vaulto, including collection records, item details, notes, links, alert entries, and fair plans.

You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting support. You may not use Vaulto in a way that disrupts the service, attempts unauthorized access, infringes rights, or violates applicable law.

App Store Distribution and EULA

If you download Vaulto from the Apple App Store, your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for apps, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

These Vaulto terms continue to apply to the service, account, content, support, and features we provide. The Apple EULA applies to the licensed app distribution through the App Store where relevant.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Vaulto reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used in breach of these terms, creates risk for the service, or must be restricted for legal or security reasons.

Liability and Contact

Vaulto is provided on a reasonable best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made based on approximate information shown in the service.
